Working CapitalEstablished Businesses Only
Capital for the
businesses that cannot
wait on a bank.
A bank will take weeks to tell you no. We look at how your business actually runs, put a structure in front of you that fits it, and explain every term before you are asked to decide anything.
Reviewed by a funding specialist. All financing is subject to underwriting approval.
01 — Structures
Four structures, because one product cannot fit every business.
Select a structure to read who it suits and why it is built the way it is.
- Who it suits
- Businesses that would rather have capital sitting in reserve than scramble for it the week they need it.
- Why it is built this way
- You generally pay on what you draw rather than on the full line, so holding it open between uses is not punitive.
- Who it suits
- Owners funding equipment, a second location, inventory depth, hiring, or a marketing push that is already working.
- Why it is built this way
- The payment is known in advance, so the investment can be planned against it instead of around it.
- Who it suits
- Seasonal swings, slow-paying customers, payroll timing, and opportunities that will not wait for the receivable to clear.
- Why it is built this way
- It solves a timing problem without committing the business to a structure far longer than the problem itself.
- Who it suits
- Businesses carrying stacked advances where the combined payments have begun to crowd out everything else.
- Why it is built this way
- The goal is to leave the cycle rather than refinance into another version of it, so the structure is written to be exited.
02 — Where to start
Tell us the problem. We will name the structure.
This is a starting point, not a decision. Your specialist confirms the fit once there is a file to look at.
Select the line that sounds most like your month.
03 — Process
Four steps, and you are told where you stand at each one.
- 1
Apply
A short application covering the business, what you need, and what you already have outstanding.
- 2
Review
A specialist reads the file, calls you, and asks the questions a form cannot ask.
- 3
Offer
If there is a fit, you get the structure in writing with the payment and the full cost spelled out.
- 4
Funding
You accept on your own timeline. Funds are issued once the remaining items are closed out.
04 — Sectors
Different businesses, same requirement: a real operating history.
- 01Construction & Trades
- 02Retail & E-Commerce
- 03Restaurants & Hospitality
- 04Transportation & Logistics
- 05Healthcare Practices
- 06Professional Services
05 — Before you apply
What to have in front of you.
Nothing here is unusual. The more of it you have ready, the less time the review takes.
- Entity name, type, and how long you have been operating
- Recent business bank statements
- A straight answer on what the money is for
- Anything you currently have outstanding
06 — Questions
The things owners ask before they fill anything out.
How fast is this, really?
It depends on the structure, how complete your documentation is, and what underwriting finds. A thorough application at the outset does more to shorten the timeline than anything else, and your specialist will tell you where the file stands rather than leaving you to guess.
Am I going to be approved?
There is no way to tell you that before underwriting looks at the file, and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing. All financing is subject to review and approval, and the amount, pricing, and availability vary by business. Applying does not obligate you to anything.
I already have other financing out. Does that disqualify me?
Not on its own. Businesses carrying existing obligations are a large part of who we work with, and the Balance Sheet Reset structure exists for exactly that situation. Tell your specialist what is outstanding and it gets factored into what can realistically be structured.
Will I see the full cost before I commit?
Yes. You receive the structure, the payment schedule, and the total cost in writing, and you are encouraged to take it to your own accountant or attorney before you sign anything. Nothing is binding until you accept it.
Can I use this personally?
No. Financing through Aurelio is for business purposes only and is not available for personal, family, or household use.
